Brian D. Papke

Brian is an Entrepreneur, Investor, Builder, Architect, Developer, Disruptor and overall creative spirit. He has worked on hundreds of real estate development projects across the country. In 2006, he co-founded a company in Washington, DC called Capital City Real Estate (CCRE), where he and business partners developed over $400M in residential real estate. Prior to that, he worked as the lead architect for a mid-size architectural firm, as well as a high-end residential architecture firm in the Hamptons. Over the last 5 years, he has invested his time in a wide variety of ventures and consultation roles, as well as working as Design & Development leader for a nationwide top 100 residential builder. His focus veers toward innovative, yet time-tested design work, as well as creating inspiring communities and has the tenacity and business acumen to make them happen. 

Brian is the son of an architect/developer and has a degree in Environmental Design/Landscape Architecture from Miami University as well as a Master of Architecture from the University of Michigan. He has a passion for the natural world, movement/capability and overall awareness/mindfulness. He lives with his wife and 3 children at their hobby farm in Ada, MI.
